How many people have already broken their New Year’s Resolutions?!
We at Primary PPA Cover are committed to providing the best quality provision within your school. So many are now looking forwards, not just to February half term but to September. With this in mind, we have taken our Yoga and Mindfulness to the next level, not only with the pupils but with staff too. This is something that is becoming more and more important within the classroom. Our sessions work well on a weekly basis following a progressive plan for both staff and children!

Here at Head Office we have been getting into the Christmas spirit. The tree is up, songs are on the radio and the advent calendars are out! We are also doing a reverse advent for the local food bank, which is a great cause. With so many people going without at this time of year, we couldn't not join in. We have also teamed up with a local charity providing essentials for women in refuge. This is the season of good will to all, which is why we are always looking at giving something back.
Have a lovely Christmas one and all!
Our next CPD training morning is Thursday 29th November. This training will be focusing on MFL and how to bring it into the classroom effectively. We will be making Subject Leader Action Plans and going through the Language Coordinator's Handbook. Want to know more? Please get in touch on 01530 566750 and we can tell you more! Be quick though as there are currently only a few places available!
This week we found out that there is going to be additional money put into each and every school! This is money that hasn’t been accounted for and therefore extra. Many schools will now be looking at what and how they can spend this money but at the same time asking if what they want is affordable in the long term? Why put something in place that the children love for it to be taken away again when the funding runs out? Making it sustainable is a must and Primary PPA Cover are able to offer a variety of subjects in line with the national curriculum but with specialist staff. School teachers are already superheroes, let them have their time out of the classroom to plan not worrying about what they are coming back to.
