Thank you and congratulations to all those that entered our Summer Song Competition! It was such a hard decision to narrow it down - the children have done everyone so proud with their achievements!
However, there could only be one winner and that is....
St Andrew's Primary School, Southgate!
Well done to Mrs Boca, the children have worked very hard and their enthusiasm and dedication was superb!

We are now in the last push for the end of term – how many teachers are counting down the days until the Summer Holiday (How many have been counting down since we went back after half term)?! The warm weather isn’t helping anyone – the rain makes us feel like the Summer is still a mile away but with this heat like it should be starting now!
We currently still have availability for PPA sessions starting in September but spaces are booking up fast. Do get in touch with one of our team with any needs you may still have for the new Academic Year and we will work our magic! Our Subject Leader Action Plan will save your Subject Leaders a job, so another thing to tick off the To Do List for September!
According to the latest polls, the most important language to learn once we leave the EU is Spanish, closely followed by Mandarin and French. Many schools are still under the impression that simply learning numbers and days of the week will help their children once they reach secondary school. Not only is this not the case, but will not help them to even order food and drink when they go to these countries. We are urging you to ‘Go The Extra Mile’ for your children and have a specialist language person within the school. They will work alongside your subject leader to make the action plan for the year and what children will achieve.
If this is something you don’t think you are meeting currently, please give us a call!
“The mediocre teacher tells
The good teacher explains
The superior teacher demonstrates
The great teacher inspires”.
We at Primary PPA Cover go the extra mile with all our students and ensure we have GREAT teachers working with us.
